04 Preference Cookies
Preference cookies make the site more convenient but are not essential. On this website the main preference feature is the language translation widget, which serves visitors browsing our used machinery inventory in languages other than English.

If you decline preference cookies, the site remains fully usable in English; automatic translation will simply not persist between visits.
05 Analytics & Performance Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand which machinery categories attract interest, which pages load slowly, and where visitors abandon enquiry forms. We use this aggregate insight to improve inventory presentation and site performance. Analytics runs only after you opt in via the panel in Section 1.

We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors, and we do not operate cross-site advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or social media tracking on this website.
06 Third-Party Cookies
Embedded third-party services set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. On this site these are limited to:
- GTranslate / Google Translate — translation widget (see Section 4). Provider policies: gtranslate.io/privacy-policy and policies.google.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp click-to-chat — links to wa.me open the WhatsApp app or web client. No WhatsApp cookie is set by merely viewing our pages; Meta's policies apply once you open the chat.
We periodically audit embedded services and update this list. If you discover a cookie on our site that is not documented here, please tell us via the contact details in Section 10 and we will investigate.
07 Browser-Level Controls
Independently of our settings panel, every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site settings.
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
- Mobile browsers — see the privacy section of your browser's settings menu.
Blocking all cookies at browser level will also remove your saved theme and consent choices, and may affect form functionality. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals: since we run no advertising trackers, our response to these signals is that non-essential cookies remain off unless you opt in here.
08 Consent & Legal Basis
Non-essential cookies are used on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Polish Telecommunications Law). Consent is voluntary, granular per category, and withdrawable at any time with effect for the future — simply return to this page and switch a category off, or clear your browser data. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
