ClassTrucks Poland sp. z o.o. has been trading used heavy equipment from Rawa Mazowiecka since 2016 — a registered company with a court entry, a tax number and a bank account you can verify before you send a single euro. This page is who we are, where we came from, and how we work.
Where We Started
Rawa Mazowiecka sits in central Poland, an hour from Warsaw and Łódź, on the corridors that carry Western Europe’s used trucks and machinery east and south. When ClassTrucks Poland was registered in June 2016, the founding idea was simple: Poland is where Europe’s used equipment changes hands — so this is where an honest exporter should stand.
The early years were classic yard trading — buy well, describe honestly, deliver on time. What changed everything was the export enquiry from a buyer three time zones away asking one question: "How do I know this machine is real?" Answering that question properly became the business.
What We Became
Today we are a machinery trading company built for cross-border deals. We own stock, broker consigned machines from vetted fleets, run documented technical checks on everything we list, and manage the full export chain — proforma to EX-1 declaration to bill of lading — from our own yard.
Our buyers are contractors in East Africa, farmers in West Africa, fleet operators in the Middle East, dealers in Central Asia and businesses across the EU. Most have never set foot in Poland. They buy because every claim we make — company, machine, bank account — can be checked before money moves.

A Decade in the Yard
- 2016
Founded in Rawa Mazowiecka
ClassTrucks Poland sp. z o.o. is entered into the Polish National Court Register (KRS 0000623355) and begins trading used trucks and heavy machinery from central Poland — at the crossroads of the EU’s densest used-equipment market.
- 2018
From Trucks to Full Heavy Equipment
Demand from export clients pushes the stock list beyond tractor units into construction and agricultural machinery: excavators, wheel loaders, telehandlers, tractors and combines sourced from Polish and Western European fleets.
- 2020
Export-First Operating Model
With buyers increasingly outside the EU, we build the export machine: in-house customs documentation, RoRo and container shipping partnerships, and staged-payment structures that let buyers thousands of kilometres away transact safely.
- 2022
Verification Becomes the Product
Every owned machine gets a documented technical check before listing, and independent pre-purchase inspections become a standard service. Honest condition disclosure — defects included — becomes our main differentiator.

Check Everything Before You Trust Anything
We actively encourage due diligence. Our court registration is public in the Polish National Court Register (KRS), our NIP appears on the Ministry of Finance VAT whitelist together with our corporate bank account, and our LEI code is verifiable in the GLEIF database.
If anyone ever emails you "updated" bank details claiming to be us, stop and confirm on WhatsApp first. We never change payment details mid-transaction, and we never ask for payment to a personal account or a third country.
